Each unit is built atop a jack-up barge with 6,000 HP propulsion, retractable thrusters, and legs that deploy to stabilize at sea floor depths of 40–120 feet. Our specially selected proven, perhaps the very best in Louisiana will fabricate the world's first movable US Patent Design underwater hotel in less than 9 months.
How deep is the hotel?
Each hotel is designed to operate safely at 30 feet below the surface, ideal for underwater visibility, one atmosphere pressure safety, guest comfort, and coral reef access. The base sits above the seabed without touching it, protecting marine ecosystems.
Who owns the hotels?
Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC is employee-owned, and each Global Alliance Collaborator (GAC) owns a financial stake in the revenue potential — with global investors and accredited investors providing the financial fuel for a global transformation. The highly qualified team from the USA and the UAE will provide the day to day operations.
What is the GAC Program?
The Global Alliance Collaborator (GAC) Program pairs 50 U.S. states with 50 nations, funding 50 underwater hotels across 33 international locations. GACs may receive up to 45% of net profits, depending on their tier and impact. The GAC is for accredited investors. The term is 5 years, net profits shared after one year operations on December 21 via Bitcoin.
Previously, we were offering 50% of net profits. Now 5% from the GAC will be allocated to UAE media to expand our global reach.

How is coral restored through this project?
Each hotel deploys Biorock™ reef modules — powered by solar energy — which accelerate coral growth up to 5x faster and regenerate marine biodiversity. 20% of net profits go toward this coral healing effort, creating jobs and new ecosystems.
Who builds the underwater hotels?
The hotels are fabricated by leading steel fabricators along the Gulf of America. Additional steel fabricators across America contribute. The work is done by steel experts, whose pride, precision, and culture shape every underwater legacy. After the world's first is completed in 9 months, then the mass production for 50 begins!!!
How are profits shared and paid out?
Profits are paid annually (beginning after the first full operational year) via Bitcoin on December 21 — symbolically aligned with the winter solstice and ocean cycles. Why Bitcoin distribution? Global wire transfers are not practical nor possible.
What is the meaning behind the 50 state–nation pairings?
Each pairing represents a symbolic alliance — a commitment from one U.S. state and one global nation to participate in ocean restoration, peace-through-tourism, and a shared underwater legacy. What is the booking model for the underwater hotels?
Each underwater hotel operates 365 days/year.

65 days: Reserved for GAC investors (non-transferable, based on availability 1,690 annual guests). Weather delays are not expected because of being mobile.

What does “zero discharge” mean for hotel operations?
Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels are fully self-contained, meaning no wastewater, oil, or chemicals are released into the ocean. Water is recycled, waste is stored and removed properly, and energy is generated cleanly — including from plastic waste biofuel.
How is TikTok used to support the GAC mission?

How does Biorock™ coral restoration work?

Is the company publicly traded?
Not yet. Global Alliance Collaborators GACs investments are private, 5-year term contracts. However, a global public stock offering (IPO) is part of the long-term plan. GACs may reapply or convert into shares at that time, pending SEC approval and regulatory compliance.

How are underwater elevators used?

Can I earn GAC rewards without investing?
Anyone can become a free Affiliate or $25 Sponsor, help promote a state–nation pairing, and earn a 1-night stay through tracked referrals and performance-based bonuses. Your words alone can earn you a ticket underwater. Minimum investment for the GAC program begins at $100.00. Show your support for both programs. Up to fifty percent net profits shared.
What’s the crypto policy?
Bitcoin is used as the official payout mechanism for GAC profit shares and affiliate incentives. Profits are calculated annually and disbursed on December 21 — the solstice of ocean rebirth. Fiat conversion is optional through partnered wallets. If GACs do not have a Bitcoin account, we will help the GACs.

What’s the difference between a GAC and a Condo Owner?
