Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC, an employee-owned company, is pioneering the world’s first movable underwater hotel, built by LAD Industries and multiple Louisiana-based steel fabrication experts in Louisiana, with a vision to mass-produce 50 more for operations at 33 specially selected locations around the world. Founded by the person who was the pioneer of the Office Automation Age, to pioneering the beginning of the Informational Age, then to 12 years pioneering space tourism for ordinary people and now his last pioneering endeavor movable underwater hotels that actually will end up saving the global warm water coral reefs from extinction. 98% of the 3rd largest coral reef is now dead. That’s the Florida Keys Reef.
The Founder
Tony’s journey ended in Cape Canaveral, where he led a 13 year space tourism venture to democratize sub-orbital spaceflight from Cecil Field Spaceport in Jacksonville, using a billion-dollar jet-powered rocket plane to be built by the European Aeronautical Defense Space EADS. Despite 2010 sabotage by the NASA over point-to-point sub-orbital space travel, Tony personally funded every step, working relentlessly to offer ordinary people the most exclusive tourism experiences. He transitioned to inner space, securing US Design Patent D-736947 for the world’s first movable underwater hotel—a singular achievement no one else on the planet has ever accomplished.
LAD Industries, renowned for building barges for SpaceX rocket landings and NASA launch pads, leads the construction of our first movable underwater hotel in Amelia, Louisiana, in collaboration with Louisiana’s top steel fabrication experts. In just 9 months, they’ll complete the hotel in Morgan City and Houma, Louisiana, with a trained crew ready for operations, fully permitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Florida waters.
Featuring 26 eco-friendly guestrooms, powered by biofuel generators, and mounted on movable jack-up barge to protect marine ecosystems, this hotel sets the stage for 50 more. Tony historically paired all 50 states with 50 nations. Thereby, citizens from those geographical regions will have their multicultural movable underwater hotel operational in one of the 33 selected locations around the world.
