Crystal-clear acrylic walls and ceilings offer expansive views of the aquatic world, letting you captain your experience. Built for the Future
LAD Industries, experts in SpaceX rocket landing barges and NASA launch pads, collaborates with Louisiana’s steel fabrication specialists to build our first underwater hotel in Amelia, Louisiana, with assembly in Houma. Completed in 9 months with a trained crew and permitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Florida waters, it features 26 eco-friendly guestrooms, biofuel generators, and movable jack-up barges to protect marine ecosystems. This hotel paves the way for 50 more worldwide, each offering 8,000 one-night stays (4,000 for Affiliates, 4,000 for Sponsors) per movable underwater hotel.

Our Global Alliance Collaborator (GAC) Program makes this accessible: Affiliates join free and earn stays through viral social media, videos, or blogs; Sponsors pay $25 for an equal opportunity to stay for two; GACs provide as little as $100.00 to a maximum of $2M, earning ~$750 net/year per $100 ($3,750 over 5 years), with 50% funding Biorock™ coral restoration for groups like the Global Coral Reef Alliance.
